Not Veterinary Advice
AquariumSOS's diagnosis tool, problem pages, and disease guides are informational resources built from documented aquarist knowledge. They are not a substitute for examination by a licensed veterinarian. When a diagnosis result or problem page indicates a serious condition, consult an aquatic veterinarian — do not rely solely on this site to treat a sick animal.
Use of Tools
All interactive tools (diagnosis, compatibility checker, stocking calculator, water parameter guide, cycling tracker) are provided "as is" for informational purposes. Results are based on general species data and structured symptom matching; they do not account for every possible variable in your specific tank.
Paid Products
The Premium Tank Plan is a manually prepared recommendation delivered by email after purchase, based on the information you submit in the order form. Because it is a personalized digital service, all sales are final once the plan has been delivered. Donations made via the Support Us page are one-time, non-refundable tips and do not constitute purchase of a good or service.
